In the Sunday class you will learn the art and science of meditation: what meditation is, how the meditative mind differs from the ordinary mind, what the different types of meditation are.You will also be led through guided meditations at every meeting. No prior practice is necessary.

  • SANSKRIT CLASSES
Anyone seriously interested in studying Sanskrit should contact Pravrajika Gitaprana at the Retreat. Classes for beginners and advanced students normally begin every year in September. There will be a charge of $100 per three-month quarter for this class. The fee includes texts and materials.
